Here is a great recipe which I make a lot. I find it helpful for aches and pains, coughs and colds and to boost my immunity.
The juice of one lemon
A couple of tablespoons grated ginger root
1 tablespoon grated tumeric root.
1 clove of garlic.
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper or 3/4 teaspoon of black pepper.
1 tablespoon honey (optional).
1 to 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar.
1 cup of water.
keep in the fridge and take a shot every day.
